Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier or network operator and may be limited by your plan, device, or coverage.
Pricing
411 Roofing does not charge you to receive messages; however, your carrier’s message and data rates may apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective upon posting. Continued use of SMS/email services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside (United States or Canada, as applicable), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws and in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
